Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- You receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product
- We cancel your order before shipment
- A product is unavailable and no suitable replacement is accepted
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Process to Request a Refund

- Provide photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item.
- Await confirmation and return instructions, if applicable.
3. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If payment details have changed, a store credit voucher may be provided.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Products opened or used beyond inspection
- Items delivered correctly but returned for change of mind
- Shipping or customs fees incurred
5. Reshipment Option
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you may:
- Update shipping details and pay reshipment charges
- Request a refund minus actual shipping costs
