Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • You receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product
  • We cancel your order before shipment
  • A product is unavailable and no suitable replacement is accepted

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Process to Request a Refund

  2. Provide photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect item.
  3. Await confirmation and return instructions, if applicable.

3. Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If payment details have changed, a store credit voucher may be provided.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products opened or used beyond inspection
  • Items delivered correctly but returned for change of mind
  • Shipping or customs fees incurred

5. Reshipment Option

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you may:

  • Update shipping details and pay reshipment charges
  • Request a refund minus actual shipping costs
